At Halco Tackle, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. No Returns for Change of Mind

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Please ensure you select your items carefully before completing your order.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)

We only accept returns in the following cases:

The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

You received the wrong item due to our error.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must beunused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

 

3. Returns & Refunds – Website Purchases Only

This returns policy applies only to purchases made directly from our website (www.halcotackle.us).

If you purchased a Halco Tackle product from an authorized retailer or distributor, you must follow their return and refund policies. We are unable to process refunds or returns for products purchased through third-party sellers.

 

4. Return Process

If you received a defective or incorrect item:

1.Contact us at manager@halcotackle.us with your order number and photos of the issue.

2.If approved, we will provide return instructions.

3.Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable.

 

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after return processing.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

 

7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.

If a return is unauthorized or does not meet our return conditions, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

 

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Products returned due to change of mind or incorrect selection.

Gift cards and clearance items.

Used or altered items.

 

9. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights under U.S. consumer protection laws. If your item is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under applicable state laws or the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

 

Product Disclaimers

Our fishing lures are hand-painted, and as a result, color variations may occur between the product images on our website and the actual product received. These variations do not affect the lure’s performance and are not considered defects.

Halco Tackle Company reserves the right to alter change, delete, or replace any of the lures or products depicted on this website. All weights, measures, depths and speeds depicted on this website are approximate.
